As many of you know, Cole and I have been trying to buy a 1960's brick split-level in Cottonwood for just over 2.5 months. Drama aside, we now own the place and are hard at work cleaning this baby up. She has had a number of renters over the last 40, yes, we just found out, 40 years so we are ready to fix her up and make her feel like home.
